Wooden Quadcopter Drone DXF Laser Cut Model

Two DXF cutting layouts and a real reference photo for a wooden four-rotor quadcopter model, with practical file and preparation notes.

Laser-cut wooden quadcopter model with four circular rotor guards

This wooden quadcopter model uses two supplied DXF cutting layouts and a real finished-project photograph. The reference shows a compact four-rotor frame with circular guards, spoke-like supports, a central body and layered structural pieces.

Design overview

The photograph clearly shows the assembled wooden form, including four broad rotor rings, small hub details and vent-like slots in the central body. It is useful as a visual guide for identifying the main frame and secondary plate, but it does not prove flight capability, working electronics or mechanical performance. Treat this as a decorative model or fabrication reference unless you independently engineer and test any functional components.

Included files

  • Plateone__TSP-000002-A00002.dxf
  • Platetwo__TSP-000002-A00003.dxf
  • frame2__TSP-000002-A00001.jpg

The package therefore contains two DXF design files and one JPG reference image. The shared disclaimer is not counted as a design. No dimensions, material thickness, scale, kerf allowance or machine settings have been independently verified.

Before cutting

  • Open both DXF files together and identify which plate belongs above or below the main frame.
  • Check all circular openings, small hub holes and narrow bridges for closed vectors and duplicate lines.
  • Confirm units and overall scale in a working copy before assigning cut settings.
  • Make a small material test and dry-fit the layered body before producing the full model.

The photographed object has thin spokes and closely spaced details that may be fragile at an unsuitable scale. Adjustments, if needed, should be made in a copy while preserving the original files and credits. This listing describes the supplied source only; it is not a machine test, assembly guarantee or certification.
