FREE LASER CUT COLLECTION
Free Card & Invitation Laser Cut Files
Folded cards, invitations, envelopes and event stationery for paper and cardstock cutting.

Separate cut, score and fold lines
This collection brings related archives into one starting point. Source folders can include SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, CDR, PDF or PNG files, but not every design contains every format.
- Gate-fold and layered cards
- Wedding and celebration invitations
- Envelopes, sleeves and decorative inserts
Card and invitation files may use different colors or layers for cutting, scoring, engraving and folding. Do not send every visible line as a full-power cut. Inspect layer names and stroke colors, then assign operations in your own software. Convert fonts to outlines only after correcting names and dates, and keep an editable copy.
Paper weight, coating and fiber direction affect fold quality. A score that works on cardstock may tear thinner paper or fail to crease a coated sheet. Test one copy, fold it completely, and confirm that tabs, inserts and envelopes fit at the intended final size.
Reduce scorching and fragile details
Small text, lace borders and narrow bridges can burn or lift during cutting. Use settings appropriate to the exact paper and machine, maintain ventilation, and never leave the laser unattended. Remove masking or residue only if it is suitable for the material. For invitations or saleable stationery, verify licenses for artwork and fonts, and proofread all personalized text before producing multiples.
Test paper, folds and envelope fit
- Open the vector in your preferred design software.
- Check dimensions, duplicate paths, open contours and layer order.
- Adjust slots for the actual material thickness and kerf.
- Run a small test on scrap before cutting the full design.
